Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your DVRGE backpack is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical life of the product. We stand by the quality of our products and will work with all customers to resolve issues. We believe that if you take are of your things, your things will take care of you. Wear and tear comes with all types of products. We will evaluate all cases to determine eligibility for replacement. Please follow our care instructions.

What’s covered:

• Defects in materials and workmanship
  • stitching or seam defects
  • material flaws that impact product functionality

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, UV degradation)

• Misuse, neglect, or improper care causing tears and rips, or rapid degradation in materials

• Accidental and cosmetic damage that does not affect function

• Damage caused by third-party repair or modifications

Additional terms:

• Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

• A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims

Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for shipping items to DVRGE. DVRGE will cover return shipping. Please ensure your shipment includes tracking and proof of delivery as we are not responsible for lost or damage during shipping.
