Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 3:00 PM PST on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders will ship based on the selected carriers available at checkout. Carrier options may change in order to provide the best shipping rates possible. Total delivery time including handling/processing of the order is based on the shipping type selected plus the 1-2 days of order processing.

Shipping delays may occur based on the carrier and other factors once the package is with the carrier. 

Missing Orders: If you are missing an order, please email customer service at the email address below, provide your order number and tracking information sent to you when your order was processed. We will follow-up and respond to your issue within 24-48 hours on business days.
