Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

Items purchased through our online store may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product (delivery date per shipment tracking). Items must have all original tags attached, unused, and in new condition. Return labels will be sent to the customer via email to be downloaded and printed by the customer.

• We will refund for the value of the item minus a return label fee (up to $20 for U.S. orders and up to $40 for International orders).
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds may take up to 7 days processing time after the product is received.
